Our Story
After working full-time in our jobs, we decided it was time to build something of our own, and what better way than to use our skills in the trades and administration through buying and renovating homes.
As a dairy farmer and healthcare administrator by trade, we wanted to create a business of our own and therefore decided to buy our first rental in 2019 in Fairport Harbor. Having little real estate experience, we gained knowledge through meeting with previous landlords, reading books, listening to podcasts, and joining real estate groups.
Since 2019 we have added 16 rentals in Lake and Geauga counties (and growing). These range from single-family homes to condos, and duplexes. We have also renovated and sold multiple properties in the area as well.
We take pride in the excellent craftsmanship of our renovations and are known to be extremely meticulous with our work. We manage all our properties and have great relationships with our tenants. As a family business, it is very common to see the whole family, including our kids at our properties during the renovation. We are responsive, and respectful, and thoroughly enjoy providing high-quality homes near our hometown.
